Guarantee Period
The warranty for the watch becomes effective upon confirmed delivery of the parcel and remains valid for a period of 24 hours. The start of the warranty period is based on the delivery timestamp recorded by the courier’s tracking system.
Guarantee Coverage
During the warranty period, buyers are entitled to request either a full refund or an exchange if the watch is found to be non-functional or not operating as intended.
Conditions for Refund or Exchange
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the buyer must notify us of any issues within the 24-hour warranty period. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for consideration.
It is essential that any concerns are reported promptly to ensure eligibility. Additionally, the watch must be returned in its original condition, including all accompanying accessories, packaging, and documentation.
Limitations
This guarantee does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, water exposure, or any other factors unrelated to the watch’s original condition upon delivery.
The guarantee is strictly limited to the terms and conditions outlined herein. We reserve the right to decline any refund or exchange requests that do not meet any of these specified requirements.
